J.C. Lawncare LLC, doing business as J.C. Lawncare ("we," "us"), provides lawn care services in the north Denver metro area of Colorado. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and by phone, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number and email address.
- Your service address and details about your yard.
- Anything you type in our quote request form or tell us by phone, text or email.
- Your payment and invoice history for work we complete. Card details are handled by our payment processor, and we do not store full card numbers.
- Basic website information such as pages visited, browser type and the site you came from.
How we use it
- To reply to your quote request and schedule and complete your service.
- To send invoices, receipts and service updates.
- To send you the lawn guide or follow-up emails if you ask for them.
- To text you a request for a Google review after a job, only if you checked the review requests box on our quote form.
- To keep records and improve our service.
Text messages (SMS)
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Our quote form has two separate text message checkboxes, and both are optional. If you check the first, you agree to receive text messages from J.C. Lawncare about your quote, scheduling and invoices. If you check the second, you also agree to receive text messages from J.C. Lawncare asking you to leave a review. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
To stop texts at any time, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or call 720-518-9443. After you reply STOP, we send one confirmation and no further texts. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers we use to run the business: our customer management and messaging software, our email and text delivery providers, our payment processor, and our website host. They may use your information only to provide services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Use it and we stop sending you emails.
How long we keep it
We keep customer records for as long as we need them to serve you and meet tax and legal requirements. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop text and email messages. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we post the new version here with a new effective date.
